  This is a great company to work with. This is my second house I had them install a dog door in. They even needed to move an electrical plug with this install. You can even customize it so each side is a different color. I did white inside to match the walls and beige outside to match the house. Definitely recommend this company if you need a dog door.

  Scheduled a week out. Didn’t give an arrival window or anything. Tech called late afternoon saying he would be there around 5. Called him around 5:15 for an actual ETA, said he wouldn’t be to my house until around 5:45-6 now since he was still at another job finishing up about 30 minutes away. Frustrated, since I asked how long it would take and he said approximately 2 hours. With small kids I can’t have that noise while trying to put them down. I asked if I could just be pushed to the next day. He said he can’t promise and the office would call me the next morning. Next morning, they call and offer a Wednesday appointment. So, if you’re in a hurry, don’t use them. If you have several weeks to waste, these are your guys. I canceled.

  I just had the best customer experiences of my adult life thanks to JGM pet doors. There is not a ton options for pet door installations in the area but I'm thrilled that I ended up going with JGM. My experience started when I booked an appointment online. Simple enough to make a request, but the owner called me with in a couple hours of the appointment request. He was incredibly professional and up front with costs. We set up an appointment to have it installed right there without even having to come out and see the house. The technician they sent was Tayvon. He was world class with helping me place where the door could go and gave me a few options even with electric and pipes potentially being close. Not only did Tayvon do an exceptional job with the installation, but did it quick! The door he installed, and the brand JGM uses, is also really nice. WAY better than any prior dog door we have had in the past that fit inside of a sliding glass door. Again, I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. If you are DINK family like us or just a great dog owner who owns their home, these guys are the people to call!

  Steve was great he was kind enough to point out that I might want a smaller door; he was right! The door looks good I'm not able to post a picture. My door gets quite a bit of afternoon sun, I would recommend getting tinted/smoked flaps if available. I would use this company again.

  JGM Pet Doors is wonderful! Steve installed my dog door and did a fabulous job! JGM responds right away to questions or concerns. They are a top notch company that I highly recommend. Thank you JGM and Steve!!
