  We were so thankful that we got to work with Michelle Theis! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the real estate market, and was genuinely sincere to help us find our dream home. She was so patient that we visited, and re-visited, multiple home options to lead to a good decision. Her follow-through on the sale was also impressive. DRB homes seem to offer a practical design, with nice finishes. It was truly an excellent experience. Thank you!

  We had an excellent experience working with Will. His communication skills truly set him apart. From start to finish, he kept everyone informed, followed up promptly, and made sure no detail was overlooked. His knowledge of the product was impressive, and he took the time to clearly explain every option so the buyer felt confident and empowered throughout the process. What really stood out was Will’s ability to collaborate and work toward the same end goal. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the transaction smooth and successful for all parties involved.

  We toured the Sycamore Farms community over the weekend and were very impressed with the homes. The agents are extremely courteous and took their time showing us different models and answering our questions in detail. Follow-up is proving equally superb with rapid callbacks and immediate responses to text messages.

  I dont know where to start!!! I walked into their office, the guy to the left inside of the office who worked there, didn't say anything no greeting at all, the lady on right hand side, Michelle, had no interest in talking to me and giving me information or answering my questions, just gave me a paper and said you can go tour these are our models but if you dont mind I gotta get back to my call: on her cellphone: and that was it!!! What kind of a sales pitch was this!!!! Very unimpressed. Homes are nice!
