  This is the second time we have bought from Arizona floors and worked with Brian. Both times we were super happy not only with the product but also the service. They keep in contact, prompt and I feel taken care of. We highly recommend the company.

  This business has flooring , tile, and more ! All quality ! They have been in business for many decades. We had just bought a house and realized our bedroom carpet was stained and old. I called several carpet stores and no one could get carpet installed before we moved in. We only had a week before moving day! I remembered Tolivers and gave them a call. I was surprised at Carla’s customer service and willingness to help! She was great, and made it happen! Together with our realtor, Home Smart, we were able to move in 2 days after the carpet was installed! And very reasonably ! What a treat !! This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had !!   Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Arizona Floors & Home. From the very beginning, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. A special thank you to Brian, who was exceptional throughout the project. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done right gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize the installation team. They were punctual, professional, respectful of my home, and did outstanding work. The quality of the installation exceeded my expectations, and it's clear they take great pride in their craftsmanship. The administrative team also deserves recognition for their excellent communication, scheduling, and coordination. Everything was handled efficiently, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The finished project looks absolutely amazing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.   Very informative and helpful! Brian and team were able to identify a match for our current hardwoods almost to a T. The install was flawless, great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend and will be in contact with other projects.

  I have worked with Carla at Arizona Floors and Home on numerous remodels over the last several years. Being in real estate sales and property management over many decades I have worked with many contractors and subcontractors. Carla is by far one of the most dedicated, knowledgable and hard-working individuals I have ever worked with. In addition to her exceptional customer service, her design experience has been beyond helpful. She is a good problem solver and by being thorough she heads off things that could go wrong. Carla cares enough to take the time to point out the pros and things to consider as possible cons regarding various design related decisions. These range from flooring selections to backsplash tile selections to layout options and beyond. Rather than rushing the client she wants to help you think through your decisions which in the end results in a happier client. She works long hours and truly cares about doing a good job. Arizona Floors is very fortunate to have Carla and I am fortunate to have found her as a trusted remodel partner.
