I wish this could be a five star review, everyone at Willis is nice enough but that doesn’t get the job done or the customer satisfied. Willis Drilled my well 112023 which included a well pump controller and solar array. To my surprise when I was contacted that my well was completed, all I had the well head and the pole for the solar array. In their defense they came out and fixed the unfinished job same day. Fast forward to today. My well pump failed in July. Long story short. The original placement of my pump was very close to the bottom of the well pumping lots of sediment which is why my pump failed. After much research and education I called to make sure that the truck and crew had the proper tools for the job before the placement of the new pump. There should be a shop foreman running his crews to ensure they have all the right tools and what should be done on the job without customer advisement. A foreman should be checking a 30k+ before notifying customer. I trusted the Willis as the expert and all I can say is you can do better. Customers should not have to request an estimate for the job or request a longer warranty when it is available and your pump prematurely fails. BUYER BEWARE!

These guys have had absolutely stellar customer service. Including a same day well pump replacement under warranty. Cannot say enough good about them.

These guys are awesome! We had no water and they were able to make it out on the same day. The issue ended up only being the pressure switch but I would not hesitate to use them again.

Went out of their way to help my family and give advice. We are forever grateful, and if we need something in the future I won't hesitate to call. Thank you

Had an issue with my well so I called Willis. They were out within a couple hours, called me with what the issues were and how to fix it. Kept me update the entire time and had me up and running again the same day.
