  Our air conditioning cut off and I could not determine if it was the unit, thermostat, or furnace so I set up an appointment online for the next day, but then called (after 5pm) on the off chance they could send someone that evening and within 2 hours Nathaniel showed up. He went over the issue, provided several options for repair and replacement and I really appreciate not only the quick response time but the time he tool to explain all my options and costs. There is no one else I'd have come service my furnace and air conditioning. I also highly recommend getting the service package as it is very reasonably priced and gives me peace of mind. Thanks Nathaniel and Vista Pro on the exceptional quality of service.

  Called for a free second opinion. They came out the next day. The technician was friendly and efficient. I spoke with Angela a couple of times and she was super nice and helpful. But what blew me away was their estimate. The other company quoted $4,700 for labor of a warranty repair of just a compressor. Angela and VistaPros came back with a warranty replacement of the whole unit for $3,100. I am a VIP customer with the other company and I am changing everything to Vista Pro. Update 9/11/26: The install of the new unit is done and they did a fantastic job. Roger and Chris were the installers and they were great. Roger had the unfortunate task of giving me bad news after bad news regarding the prior install, but I appreciate that he didn't hesitate to bring up the issues. Even issues that were not their responsibility, they made sure that anything that had an issue was communicated to me. I am happy I chose Vista Pros for the second opinion. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them based on my current experience!

  Their entire team has been absolutely amazing and so incredibly kind. Angie kept phenomenal communication and worked around my schedule to get their guys here as fast as humanly possible. They provided temporary relief while they got things sorted out, and the guys worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Each one of them expressed kindness and professionalism to the highest extent. I am particularly fond of Jacob. He did a great job explaining things in ways even I can understand, and took the time to teach me how the new thermostat works when he very well could've just left me with the directions to figure it out. That human touch is appreciated. They go above and beyond

  We had a great experience with Vista Pros Heating & Cooling from start to finish. Our old R-22 system had a broken high-pressure switch and was showing its age, so rather than put money into an expensive repair with potentially more repairs coming, we decided to replace the system. Scotty was the first technician who came out when our AC stopped working. He explained what was happening and went above and beyond trying to temporarily get our AC running, especially since we have a baby at home. A few days later, Robye came out after the system completely failed. He thoroughly checked everything, clearly explained our replacement options and what was included, and made the whole process straightforward. After he left, the Vista office called and said Robye had mentioned we had a baby, so they offered us a temporary AC unit free of charge while we waited for installation. We really appreciated that extra effort. Nacho came out the next day to inspect everything and prepare for the installation. He also delivered the temporary AC unit and helped us get it set up. Finally, Marco and Brandon installed our new system. They arrived on time, were very professional, protected our floors and work areas, and left no mess or damage. They worked all day and finished the installation around 7 PM. Later that evening, Jacob arrived to complete the startup and final checks on the new system. He made sure everything was running properly before leaving. We really appreciated him coming out that late to make sure the system was ready to go that same night. Our new AC is working great, the house is cooling better than before, and we love the new digital thermostat. Every technician kept us informed and explained things along the way. 5 stars to Scotty, Robye, Nacho, Marco, Brandon, Jacob, and the Vista Pros team. We would definitely recommend them!

  I really appreciate Vista Pro and the service they have provided to my family over the years. It has been about 3 years since our home was built, and Vista Pro installed our entire A/C and heating system. Since then, they have continued to be reliable whenever we need help. What I really like about this company is that they are there when you need them. Even when I have called at night with questions or concerns, they have answered the phone and taken the time to help. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Their HVAC service, air conditioning, and heating support have been professional, dependable, and affordable. I feel like the service and peace of mind we have received is worth a million times more than what we've paid. It's also nice having a company that still gives you that small-town feeling where they actually care about their customers and don't treat you like just another number. I really hope Vista Pro continues providing this same level of service for many years to come. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company for A/C repair, heating service, HVAC maintenance, or installation. Thank you again to the entire Vista Pro team. You have earned our trust and continued business!
