  I had an excellent experience with Vista Pros, especially with their technician, Scotty. After being without air conditioning for three days, he quickly diagnosed the issue and got my AC running again. Scotty was professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire service call. He took the time to clearly explain what had happened, what parts needed to be replaced, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He also provided me with three different repair estimates, allowing me to make an informed decision without any pressure. I truly appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and excellent customer service. If you're looking for quick, reliable, and professional HVAC service, I highly recommend Vista Pros. Thank you, Scotty, for getting my AC back up and running!

  Ty and Kendal were very hard workers. They did a great job and left the outside very clean. We have had a very good experience with Vista Pros. I highly recommend them.

  This is my third time using Vista Pros and EVERY SINGLE TIME HAS BEEN FANTASTIC. They have handled my water heater replacement, massive HVAC repair, and as of yesterday a full replacement of my Furnance and HVAC unit. Expectations were clear and constantly exceeded. The cost of a full replacement was worrysome to me but they got it done and for a very reasonable price. Jacob Lopez, Robye lemons, Nacho Tapia, Roger Peterson and Brandon (I believe that was his name) were all very professional and made it clear that my project was not just a paycheck to them. Roger and Brandon installed my new furnace and AC, they were happy to walk me through what they were doing the few times I asked and it almost felt like i was just hanging out with friends, they quality of their install was amazing and the pride they took in their work was very clear. Vista Pros have consistenly gone above and beyond for me and my home and I highly recommend them if you need any service they offer.

  I would recommend Vista Pros to anyone. Everyone I interacted with were professional, responsive to my questions and what I wanted/needed, and friendly... Including the office staff, salesman and technicians. I got the quote very quickly, and the installation was scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
