Mr Michael Shelton came this afternoon to service our unit and he was polite, quick and extremely informative. I definitely recommend One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating to all that have units.

Cody did an excellent job installing our Minisplit. He explained everything in detail, cleaned up after the job was done and was very patient when we had questions. He found another issue that needed to be addressed which we will make an appointment to have done. We would highly recommend him to anyone having any cooling and heating issues.

We received top-notch professional service during our semi-annual preventive maintenance visit. Our technician D'Andre was knowledgeable and thorough, and answered all my questions. We're happy with the service we received.

Michael was courteous and professional. He replaced our fan motor and about 30 minutes later our AC was up and running beautifully. We are so grateful to have cool air again! Also a big thank you to Jean from the office who gave me words of encouragement that we would be well taken care of with Michael. From the Thompson family, thank you so much!

Technician Michael S. arrived promptly, confirmed the work that he was going to be doing and got started. He worked efficiently and when the work was completed asked me if I had any questions. He also provided an estimate for some future equipment cleaning which could extend the service life of the unit. Overall, a great experience!
