  Both Jay, and his new associate Lane arrived on time...contacted us as to the time of arrival.. The inspection completed -- options were presented in a greatly appreciated professional manner.. That being said system was repaired.. New system is a great improvement.. Customer service is a lost art-- both technicians went above and beyond!

  This morning I was stuck in my garage, called for a repair appointment, they had an immediate opening and Jay was there in 5 minutes! Amazing work, personalized repairs, super quick, and so friendly and personable. Thank you guys so much! I’ll be recommending Iconic Garage Door Services forever now!

  Iconic Garage Door technician Jay work late to get my garage door functioning again. He thoroughly inspected my door and explained what needed to be done and what the price options would be. He worked with me to come up with a solution I could afford and repaired my door on the spot. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely use Iconic Garage Door again if needed and highly recommend them.

  Our technician Jay was great. He was clearly knowledgeable, and there was never a doubt in my mind that he was our guy. We also had another company out for an estimate and just never felt like they were right for us. Iconic saved us a bit of money - which is great - but service is king...and that's where they shine. So in the end I'm pretty satisfied with everything.
