- JWJustin WhittakerJun 30, 20261.0Very expensive. My insurance company would only pay for 5K of the 8K they charged me for a basic garage door and opener. After many conversations with the adjuster he would only cover this amount and said that was stretching it. Citing the company charged me way more than industry standards. A1 agreed that they are much higher than most because of there "superior work". This one is on me for not getting more than one quote, but you would think most companies would be in line with industry standards. Maybe they just decided to gauge me, or maybe they do this to every customer. Who knows, but not happy being hung out for 3K.
