On day one of construction, the workers nearly left the job because they were holding the plans upside down, and no foreman was there to flip it right side up. And the project dragged on for months longer than it should have. Sometimes weeks would go by with no work getting done. In the end, we had to hold the final payment hostage just to get the job finished, and nearly went to court after being ignored by management to get their warranty work completed. This company is run unprofessionally by its owner, office staff and subcontractors. Zero stars should be an option.
