This visit took over an hour of time for my husband and myself. Marshall seemed to be thorough. He promised estimates within a few days. After a week had passed, I called and spoke to Melissa (I had NO idea they were husband and wife. There was a disconnect in communications)) and explained I was still waiting on my estimate. She said my estimate would take a few more days since they were getting bids from several companies. Again, another week passed and STILL NOTHING! I called again and explained that I was still waiting for my estimate. Marshall then called promptly and left a message saying that they can't even bid on our job because they are so busy. He was "sorry" if this caused any inconvenience. (Really?!!). This was most UNPROFESSIONAL. If Gallery Of Shades was too busy to take on my job, why didn't they say so before wasting my time and not getting back to me?
