EVERY single Representative is truly helpful and friendly, genuinely trying to help you get your job handled with less problems and good solutions. Dune Don't even bother with other plumbing supply stores, it's a waste of your time and money compared to going to Ferguson's. 5 stars all day long!
- GBGreg BurckleApr 21, 20265.0Home Depot suggested Ferguson for a Moen cartridge for the shower. Time was short. I arrived 2 minutes before closing. Salesman showed me three possible choices and suggested the most commonly purchased one. He was correct! Of course when I returned home, the cartridge puller from Moen broke the cartridge. After an hour of chiseling out the old one carefully, the one from Ferguson slid right in! Kudos to Ferguson. Me, a customer at closing gets the same great service as a large contractor. Clean store, great service, thank you.

- SPScott ParkerJan 16, 20181.0So i went to Ferguson's to get a replacement shower door wheel. They only have replacement parts for their brands, and only the new models. OK, understandable, although I always though Ferguson's was THE place for anything plumbing. Anyway, the issue is the knowledge level of the staff - I asked if they knew where I might find such a standard part. They sent me to some shower specialty 45 min away. They didn't have it either (same story - only parts for their models). Feeling at a loss, I tried googling it (not expecting to find this specific part). #1 on the list was ACE Hardware - part number and everything, and it's in stock. So I went and got it - perfect replacement part. I just wish Ferguson's had suggested Ace.
