  I will definitely be calling again if any other issues come up. I called and got an appointment the next day. Tech showed up within the time frame expected and kept me informed of all steps. Kevin was very professional and friendly. He was clean and picked up all parts and pieces so area was just as he found it.

  they stink and are liars. Said they would give me print out of what they found with camera charge before they did the work and then after, sorry, pay the $150 and no proof as promised. Advise u to be careful working with them or any other plumber without getting every single thing in writing or tell them to leave before u pay for what "they think" is wrong.

  I called around 3:30 in the afternoon with a toilet issue. I was actually hoping to replace it with a new one, but wasn’t sure if it could be fixed. Brad showed up same day went to the warehouse brought back a new toilet and at 7:30 everything was done clean and working amazing. Brad was very respectful and did a great job. Highly recommend.

  I live out in South Chandler and have been an annual member for the last two years and I have been very satisfied with my membership. Just had my annual maintenance today and was a little disappointed to find out that the East Valley branch had closed and I had lost my previous plumber who was terrific. Though I was a little bit sad to see my previous plumber go and unfortunately found out that a couple of services previously offered in my annual membership were not included in the new branch now servicing my membership, my new plumber, Kevin, did an amazing and incredible job. He was very patient, but also thorough and answered all of my questions. I did not feel any pressure to purchase any additional services, but was informed in a neutral manner about items that needed to be monitored. I felt fully confident in his evaluation and services. Because of that, I elected to continue with my membership for at least another year.

  Our plumber that came out, Brad, was super nice, stayed very late to make sure the job was done right, and didnt shortcut any service. Also, the people they have answering the phone are top notch. I talked to a gentlemen named Todd who was very easy to get along with and very quick to get things moving.
