  Brad came over and was very polite and up front with pricing which was good. He came up with an easy solution to our issue and got it done same day and quickly. Highly recommend Brad for your plumbing needs!

  I am pleased to share this with you about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing…specifically Tristan who is a Tech. I was awakened at 7:32AM this morning by thunderous pounding and clanging behind the shower handle in the wall in my master bath. I thought I had a massive pipe burst inside the wall...AGAIN! I ran outside to the front (don’t worry…I DID get clothes on so none of my neighbors will need therapy from the visual) to kill the water coming into the house and the unit was making loud noises as well and spewing LOTS of water. I went in and called BFP and within 2 hours Tristan was at my door! As it turns out the problem was caused by a nearby hydrant problem…NOT a problem with my own plumbing (OK…could have worded that last line different…?). Now…even though the problem turned out to be nothing that needed Tristan’s talent, he still stayed a while and walked me through what happened and educated me on things I had no clue about…and most homeowners don’t think about or also are not aware of. No rush, no pushing for any “sales” whether needed or not. Tristan was relaxed and not in a hurry. Very informative and genuinely friendly. That was such a nice refreshing close to a potentially possible and expensive event!

  Brad was an exceptional person to work with. He was kind and considerate, explained exactly what was wrong with our garbage disposal unit. We had gotten several quotes from other plumbing companies, and Brad was able to give us a quote that fit right into the other quotes we had, and even better, he was able to replace it on the spot. The whole Ben Franklin team was great to work with. An overall great experience.

  Ridiculously expensive….even moreso when they don’t actually do what they’re charging for. Superfluous charge to replace hoses that their own before and after pictures show weren’t changed at all. Followed up with the evidence and they acknowledged and committed to putting it right but never did. Charged back with cc company.

  Had a water leak issue.........someting that I felt a pro should handle, since I'm 76 years old now ! Went on Angi's list contacted three plumber companies to give me a estimate as suggested. Jack was the first to contact me that he and Kevin could be there shortly.....they were at my home in about twenty five minutes ! My wife really thought it was super great of the company to also show a picture of Jack with the first contact....as to who was showing up at the door. When Jack and Kevin got there....they looked as good as in the picture, like they were going to stand at a military inspection...spotless white company shirt and all ! The truck behind them was all shined up, too. Really a class act by Ben Franklin. Jack checked out my problem.....gave me a couple ways to go to choose from ( NO pressure sales here, just the facts ). Said they could get right on it and get us up and running in short order. My wife and I signed the deal and off they went to work on it. I'm an old retired mechanic / fabricator and enjoy watching other pros at work. Jack was great at explaining interesting stuff as I watched them work, staying out of the way. One of the new pipe pulling tecniques they used was perfect, something I never heard of, saving them time and me not having to tear up side walks and digging trenches like in the old days, that was great and a huge savings in the long run !!! In the future I can feel good knowing the fix is going to outlast me. Both Jack and Kevin worked great together as a perfect team and the company CEO should be proud to have them in their employ !!! Nice company, nice employees, good value. Also, thanks for the VET discount. Best wishes to all at Ben Franklin.........................good luck. PS.....ASAP Plumbing showed up right at the time Jack and Kevin were done and leaving to give me an estimate after I called ASAP earlier letting them know I used someone else.
