  Once we went from selling our home to being able to keep it and do some renovations to our taste, I knew this was the only place to go. I had taken a screenshot of "Reverie Decor 10" 2 years ago and knew if I ever had the opportunity to use it, THAT would be my tile. So hubs and I went to Arizona Tile where I knew I could see the Reverie. We were greeted by Kimberly who, after asking some great probing questions about what we were looking for, walked the entire showroom with us as we pulled over ideas about using the Reverie tile that I loved. At one point we were getting very frustrated because we were set on picking 1 style of tile for both the front of our breakfast bar and our backsplash. But then Kimberly suggested using the tile we loved on the front of the island and a complimentary tile for the backsplash; an idea I had previously floated past my husband who rejected it and said; "Who does that?". Happily Kimberly had a great sense of humor about our clashing on this topic and made a great suggestion to use rhomboids on the backsplash. This look sort of mimicked the pickets we wound up using in our guest bath. Her advice and guidance really helped my husband envision the look and he was sold! I was so thrilled about the look the was evolving I could hardly wait until the install. I was ear to ear smiles and hugged Kimberly. I felt like she helped clear a huge obstacle for us!! Anyway, the showroom experience was a master class in superior customer service! I wish the same could be said for the order desk, but that's a tale for another day.
