After assessing our irrigation system, the technician gave us an invoice under Allegiance’s name. However, when we told him that we were potentially moving, he offered to do the repair for a cheaper price and that he would do it himself, but not with Allegiance. Two days later we made the decision to go with the quote from the company, so we messaged him about our choice. He did not respond so we had to call the company instead. When attempting to schedule with the receptionist, he could not give us a specific date when a tech could come out, which is understandable, but we were told that the company would call back. No one from the company has called us since after 4 days waiting.
