  Tried getting service completed from this company and it was a total scam. After assessing our irrigation system, the technician gave us an invoice under Allegiance’s name. However, when we told him that we were potentially moving, he offered to do the repair for a cheaper price and that he would do it himself, but not with Allegiance. Two days later we made the decision to go with the quote from the company, so we messaged him about our choice. He did not respond so we had to call the company instead. When attempting to schedule with the receptionist, he could not give us a specific date when a tech could come out, which is understandable, but we were told that the company would call back. No one from the company has called us since after 4 days waiting.

  John was a godsend. He had a great attitude, so friendly, and such a hard worker. He explained every step to us so there were no surprises. I don't want any more leaks, but would not be sad about it if I knew John was coming to fix it! We could not sing his praises enough. Thank you Thank you!

  If I could give them 6 stars I would. This company was the most professional folks that I have dealt with in years. Their communication was timely and accurate. Lawson the actual installer was off the charts an expert in irrigation systems. I had the entire system, timer, pressure valve, valve manifold and new valves installed. The detail and pride of workmanship was very clearly evident. The clean up after the job was meticulous. I will use Allegiance Water Services for all of my future irrigation needs.

  We had a leak in our kitchen and Lawson did EVERYTHING possible to find it. Every source of water in our house was inspected and he was able to find the leak. However, being as diligent as he was, he found some other plumbing issues that were potential future disasters. We were able to fix those issues and very grateful to him for finding them. If you ever have any plumbing issues, please contact Allegiance Plumbing. I will be a customer for life.
