  Best garage door company in the biz! Chris and Steve were excellent! Arrived on the early side of my scheduled time frame window. They quickly assessed the issue with my spring and fixed it within an hour. Also checked my garage door’s battery back up which required replacement and installed an exterior keypad. Garage door operates better than ever! Very professional, answered all my questions, couldn’t be happier.

  Brandon is an extremely polite and capable young man. He did a great job - even called to his dispatcher to help reduce the cost. My only suggestion is for A-1 to be more aware of local costs (for our zip code area, range was $300-$450 with a strong warning against upcharges) and to be willing to give a quote for a very specific task, such as just replacing two springs (with full specs of springs given), with an understanding that other recommendations amy be suggestes. Without Brandon, I would have turned down the service and called another local garage door repair service. Brandon did great work, cleaned up, and was polite throughout.

  We had a great experience from start to finish! When our old garage door was having issues, they were able to get it working again and keep us going until our new door arrived. Today they installed the new garage door, rails, and everything that goes along with it. The whole process was quick and easy. Jerry Lim was our technician. He was incredibly nice, helpful, professional, and efficient. He was even kind enough to give me a hand when I needed to get a motorcycle out of the way. He took the time to answer our questions, worked quickly, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s so nice to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant. We’re very happy with our new garage door and would absolutely recommend this company!

  Brian Is a great example of an individual who does his job well with great customer service. He was very concise in his information that he needed to deliver to me regarding the repair needed for my garage door. He took the time to talk with my brother on the phone explaining the repairs that needed to be made . He was prompt and on time. He went beyond expectations explaining to me the importance of using the new app for my new garage door opener. A very exceptional experience. FYI, Brian made up for my initial experience with A1 garage Door. I personally did not like an AI receptionist setting up my appointment. It was efficient, but Lacked a human human Interaction. It was far less personal. I was patient with the process because I needed the garage door repair and A1 had been recommended by personal friends. Your receptionist/ office manager is Your customers first experience with your company.
