He was exceptionally patient considering the slow and old customers to whom he was helping. There was was no hard seii. Just the facts and options. His primary concern was our safety through out the mitigation and final solution development.

That's what it felt like with the A1 technician. I had to tell him "no" on adding extra things over and over again. He was arguing with me about how I need to purchase the protection plan multiple times. He then blamed me for not telling him up front what my budget was. I felt like I was an opportunity for him to hit quotas not like a human customer. They arrived promptly and the work seemed fine. they were nice enough but I should be able trust and not have to haggle with my garage tech.

Justin called me to let me know his arrival time, then explained to me what options I have for the repair. He checked if the original parts were in good shape or going to fail soon. He installed the new parts in the hot garage. Justin was very professional, and knowledgeable. I will be requesting him on my next garage service.
