I purchased my home in October by this builder, and my life has been an absolute living hell since moving here. They told their construction crew to use my water since I had it turned on for my home. My house came broken with a door that wouldn’t latch (took 9 months to fix) exhaust fans that didn’t work, and rat sized holes in my foundation. I also have had to deal with the builders mixing concrete in my driveway and gravel, leaving the residue to ruin both. The maintenance crew has been subpar at best. They refuse to work on anything, leave things broken, schedule appointments and then cancel them only to try and blame you. This neighborhood has not progressed in years, and under these builders, the neighborhood will never be finished. Save your money and sanity, and don’t move here.

We purchased our home in the Wildera community a little over a year ago, and I wanted to share both the positive and negative aspects of our experience.
When we first purchased our home, we worked with Brian, and he was fantastic. Any warranty repairs that came up during the first 30 days were handled promptly. Vendors arrived when they were scheduled, communication was consistent, and we always knew what was going on. It made the new home experience feel seamless and gave us a lot of confidence in the builder's customer service.
Unfortunately, our experience approaching our one-year warranty has been the complete opposite. We've been working with Ben, and it has been incredibly frustrating. Vendors have repeatedly failed to show up on the days they were scheduled. If my husband didn't work from home, many of these appointments would have been completely missed. Communication has been minimal at best. Phone calls often go unanswered, messages receive little to no response, and there has been very little follow-up throughout the process.
It's now been over a month since we started trying to complete our one-year warranty items, and there are still repairs that haven't been finished. Having to constantly follow up ourselves, with little communication in return, has been disappointing—especially after such a positive experience during our initial warranty period.
I'm leaving this review because I know the community is capable of providing excellent customer service—we experienced it firsthand with Brian. I only hope the same level of responsiveness, communication, and accountability is extended to homeowners throughout the entire warranty process, not just after closing.
