  We have been very happy with our experience using Casner Drilling! We needed a new well drilled along with an underground cistern installed. We are in Florence so I initially called many drillers close to my location. I was pretty disappointed with my experience. Most of the other companies would not even call back to provide a quote. The few that did provide a quote were difficult to get a hold of when I had follow up questions. I decided to expand my search and called Casner’s. They are over 4 hrs away so I really did not expect that they would have much interest. To my surprise, they answered the phone on my first call and took my info. Within an hour, Matt was calling me back to get more specific details of what we were looking for. Then in less than 24 hrs. Matt had emailed me a quote. The quote was very competitive with other quotes that we had received. We still had a few questions about the process and exactly what was going to be included. Matt spent an hour on the phone with us answering every annoying question that we had. He was very professional and friendly and never made us feel rushed. The permitting process went very smooth. They took care of all the paperwork and stepped us through the online signing process with the state. The payment process for the deposit and the final payment was effortless and simple online payment. When the drilling crew showed up, they got right to work and were very professional but also really great guys to talk to. You could tell that they enjoyed their jobs and never complained about the 110* heat in July. It was the same experience with the subsequent teams who came to install the cistern and the pumps. Everyone was so professional and hardworking! We had several more questions/concerns throughout the process and every single time we called, Matt was very quick to call back and answer all of our questions and put our worries at ease. From start to finish, we felt more like we were working with trusted friends than with an anonymous company. I would highly recommend Casner Drilling to anyone that is in need of a new well!

  Professional, courteous, intelligent, experienced, efficient: what's not to like? Matt and Billy were a pleasure to deal with. Billy got right to the bottom of a complex troubleshooting task and provided the right solution.

  Location Concho/Vernon, Az area- Matt and Billy are very knowledgeable and can easily adapt to any situation. Every question was answered and given full explanations for our understanding. They made sure we knew everything we needed to in the case of a new pump install and plumbing to a storage tank, and solar panels/wiring. Super nice and easy to talk to, they did a fantastic job, and are definitely dedicated to making sure everything is done right, and they left the area cleaner than before. Their estimate among 3 others in our closer area was much better too! We highly recommend them.

  Casner Drilling and Pump This company and team are very professional, have great pricing, explained everything before they did any work, done in one day, no surprises, Amazing. Keep up the great work. Mom’s pump died last night. Called CDP this morning and Matt and AJ came out in 45 minutes, had it diagnosed in 10 minutes, showed me what they found, and how they determined it was bad. (Bad air bladder in tank, caused switch to burn out, and pump was a dead short). 25 years old system, so well past its expected lifespan. Billy and AJ came back 2 hours later with all the parts (Pump, Tank, and Controller), installed and tested, replaced failing wiring harness and couplers, and had everything back together in 3 hours. And they hauled away everything including the tree limbs they trimmed to get the truck in place. The only sign that they were even there is Mom now has fresh water again. Mom is thrilled, as am I. Thank you so very much.
