  We came here multiple times to look at 1 specific house. We were very close to buying... Our Salesman (Jason) in training was excellent! Informative, friendly and as forward as he could be. The problem was with the person training him (Andy). He lied to us about multiple things then didn't even have the decency to call us about it once we found out. I'm certain these guys are spiffed for using their financing... but to just toss people aside when they don't want to use your financing OR don't pass with credit to use them. . . Thats pretty low. Instead he had his trainee call us. We will not be buying with these guys. In fact we specifically avoided them after this. We decided to go with KB homes instead and bought a house in Sahaurita. I hope they decide to stop using Andy as a trainer. What a joke.

  ***Buyer Beware*** Heartbroken will never begin to describe how this company has made me feel. I’m a single mom of 3 and owning a home was my dream. The quality of my home is awful. Im too embarrassed to have people over and I can’t afford to have someone come in and repair the damages Richmond has left behind. Two years of so much fighting to fix things and now it’s settling so bad our doors and windows aren’t closing properly anymore. This was the biggest mistake I ever made and now I feel financially trapped. The pictures don’t even cover the tip of the iceberg.

  I always had the dream of having my first home, you guys ruined that moment. Since the first moment that we came by for info, the sales man was so rude. But that is not the issue, but the house construction. We were told that we will be getting updates every Friday, if we got contacted 3 times in more than 1 year Im exaggerating. Process was so hard, workers that didn’t care and the construction supervisor is a disaster. If you ask him about anything, he said: “I don’t know, I have no idea”. When we got the keys, we found urine residue in the toilet, the lid was YELLOW!!! We found snacks with mold inside the cabinets. Our grout is supposed to be gray, it’s BROWN!!! And is missing in some parts. They never cleaned, and I am still working on getting the dirt from it. Wood is coming out from the showers as they are not completed. Doors on the inside were black with boots marks and I wasn’t able to closed not a single one of them. The tiles are installed very bad, some of them higher than others and not aligned. Master window was supposed to be replaced before we got the keys, they NEVER DID IT. We are missing 2 window screens and they can’t do that either. They were working in the house next to mine, they removed the plants from my side and leave it like that. We had tried to get this things fixed with Bill, the construction supervisor. He don’t answer, and when he saw us around he look to the other way. This home is a disaster and this builder is the worst. They don’t care and they only want to sell and then is your problem. And I am sure that I am missing more issues. If you are on time, GO AWAY. Don’t be the next… 1 star is alot, they don’t deserve it!!

  So I live in Red Rock village right next to this new development. You don’t want to move here, as the water bill here is insane. They charge basic $115 ($25 basic water & $90 basic waste water) charge. While $2.40 per 1000 gallons. Not to mention it will be increased this or beginning of next year.!! Your average water bill will be not less than $130. It is way more than other places. DONT MOVE HERE, it adds up over the period of time.!!
