He inspected the system thoroughly and pointed out issues like a weak capacitor, damaged insulation, and recommendations to help improve efficiency and extend the life of the unit. I appreciated that he explained the benefits of adding a start kit, surge protector, air purifier, and upgraded media filter without any pressure. Very honest, informative, and detail-oriented service. Highly recommend Alex for anyone needing HVAC maintenance or repairs.

He made all the necessary repairs and signed us up for an annual service plan, which seems like a great way to make sure our systems continue to function well during the summer. He also gave us good advice on how to reduce our energy bills. I would definitely recommend this company.
