  After the reorg of Woodside under the Sekisui House U.S. umbrella, customer service has dropped of a cliff. I took the time to outline actionable and constructive feedback for the staff after completing our warranty items and all I got back was an AI generated response. The warranty process was significantly more drawn out and frustrating than it needed to be do to poor communication and coordination by Woodside. The fact that nearly half our street is owned by a rental company was also not a foreseen or disclosed complication.

  Nice homes! The customer service was great too! I am a Realtor and went with a client and the lady was very helpful.

  Woodside homes wouldn’t be Woodside homes without people like Brenda over at Palo Verde. She is by far the best rep I’ve seen at any new home development. She’s kind and patient, thoughtful and overall a superb human. I was between multiple builders and I choose woodside because of Brenda and how amazing her service is. I highly recommend this community!
