  Buyer beware! This builder attracts you with what appears to be pretty decent "home prices" but totally charge for every little thing! What builder does not supply sink/cabinets/counters in a laundry room? That is "extra cost"! How about a gas line for a dryer is "extra"! Better yet no living room fireplace in a $1M+ home, that is extra too! A side door on a garage is "extra" too. Thought it was code to supply another egress, oh well. Again, $1M+ home and the "patio" they supply is very small but they have two options to make it larger, which btw is standard wtih other builders. Although the salesperson we met was extremely nice and accomidating, the pricing with Woodside is the worst I have ever seen with a new home builder. Make sure you check out their reviews in other states because they are very low rated and tons of complaints, although I will say the Prescott reviews were not bad, which is why we went in to try and do a purchase. Also, since I found out my wife was told by the salesperson that "apparently we are not the builder for you" just because we called them out on their tactics, they obviously know what they are doing is wrong!!! In the old days they called that "bait and switch". In the end it was too bad they are not "buyer friendly".

  We just had the best home purchasing experience ever ! From the moment we met the staff at Woodside In the Dells we felt like family. We are now enjoying our quality built Woodside home. The attention to detail in our home is far superior than other new homes in our area. The customer service from this builder and their entire staff is top notch. We are extremely satisfied and grateful .
