  Excellent place for your heavy equipment needs. Very nice to deal with on the phone when asking questions. In all honesty, as a female I genuinely appreciate that kind of service from a more male dominated profession.

  Worst rental experience I have ever had!!!! I first contacted them and filled out all paperwork. I had rented from the previously without a problem. This time however, I was flipped from person to person for two weeks!! Then I was charged over $3100 more than I was quoted!!! I told them on day one that I was going to prepay with a wire. They waited until I had 2 guys sitting around for 4 days to give me an amount. Zero transparency. Still have not received an invoice to justify charges. Next time I will pay someone else more to not have to deal with them. Other competitors would give me a number up front. ****** Update*****. I was contacted by the management and they have promised to make it right. So I will give the management a 5 star. However, still waiting on a final invoice. But at least they did contact me and followed up.
