  Twenty years ago, we chose this company to install hardwood floors in our home, and when it came time to replace the carpet in our bedrooms, we never even considered shopping anywhere else. That kind of confidence only comes from years of outstanding service. When we first visited the showroom, we selected a floor that matched our existing hardwood as closely as possible. But when we returned to finalize everything, Brittany showed us a brand-new flooring option that had just arrived. The moment we saw it, we knew it was the perfect choice. Thank you, Brittany, for taking the time to show us something even better than what we had picked! Then we learned that the very same installer who completed our floors 20 years ago was still with the company. That speaks volumes about the company's values, the way they treat their employees, and the pride they take in their work. Our installer was exceptional. He treated our home with the utmost respect, carefully moved all of our furniture, paid attention to every detail, and left everything spotless. Before he finished, he walked through the entire project with us, asked if there was anything we wanted changed, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the finished product. We absolutely love our new hardwood floors—they are beautiful and flawless. From Brittany's and Adam's excellent customer service to the outstanding craftsmanship of the installer, Tom, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring and a team that truly cares about their customers.

  We were both impressed w/ Bobby, "The Boss" & Mitch's ( & Matt) hard work laying the carpet on 2 hot summer days. Amazing to watch the whole ordeal, how quickly they moved the furniture onto the back porch, covering it from tree debris, ( never thought of that) cutting, laying it down. Whew, working almost non stop. They sure know THEIR BUSINESS. Bobby is definitely THE BOSS-amazing. Easy to talk to if we asked any questions. Definitely recommend them to anyone getting carpet.   Patient service during carpet selection. Efficient, professional ordering and schedule. Outstanding installation crew with knowledge, skill and cleanliness. Would highly recommend this locally owned and community business right in the heart of Prescott.
