  We are VERY happy with our new flooring! Andre and Paul, did an excellent job removing old carpets and installing our vinyl floors! Our house looks brighter and it will be easier for me to clean! Customer service , also kind, and helpful. Truly a great experience. We HIGHLY recommend Miele Floors! Excellent company!

  Miele Floors is an honest and dependable local business which provides flooring products and services for the surrounding area, including Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, and Chino Valley. A large selection of high quality products, skilled & professional installation, managed by a hands-on owner, plus a capable and friendly staff who work with your schedule to meet your needs completely. Our project involved replacement of 20+years old carpet/pad with modern laminate wood flooring, completed to our complete satisfaction in record time and under budget. My wife and I are very pleased with our Miele Floors experience and can recommend them without reservation.

  Our home was in need of a carpet makeover, and we visited the showroom for Miele Floors where Jason treated us so well and we got a very good deal on carpet for our bedrooms. Later we went back and did some more carpet replacement.  The installers were prompt, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased with the product and how it went down. And now how it is holding up.  So then we decided to upgrade our kitchen and ordered splashguard around our counter tops. Once again we had great installers and we are very satisfied with the product and how it enhances our kitchen.  We highly recommend Miele Floors.Stephen Hein

  There’s a reason Miele Floors has a 5-star rating! Great company, professionals, and selection of flooring (priced right). Jason and his team helped us with our bedroom carpeting. From consultation to installation, with no issues! It went so well we had our office floor done as well! Will use Miele for all of our flooring needs. Thank you!

  Miele Floors just recently completed the project to replace all the flooring in my house. It was a big project (to me anyway) but Janel put me at ease immediately when I entered the showroom. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and processes, she provided me with a lot of information from which to make decisions - all in a very low key, no pressure environment. Then the install team, led by Adrian and Marcus, were extremely easy to work with. They answered any questions I had and addressed all concerns. Working closely with me on their install plan and progress, we worked through the whole house in a week. The end result is brilliant! Just like a new house! Thanks Miele!
