I purchased carpet from Miele Floors I had the carpet under one year and it was not holding up. I reached out to Janel who works for Miele she understood my issue and put in a claim. The company Mohawk agreed something was wrong with the carpet and approved and claim and let me choose something else. I cannot thank Janel enough she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I do think the relationship Miele Floors has with their vendors is paramount. Had I purchased from a big box store the outcome would be different. The new carpet was installed by Bryce and Larry very professional and nice did a great job. I would highly recommend Miele Floors they are an outstanding business, and Janel is a special employee.

When I talked to Mr. Meili he was very patient and he stated to demolish the old floors and put in new luxury vinyl would take 10 days. Adrian and Paul were here for five days and they did an amazing job. They are not only hard working but want to do a great job. We had to overcome a few obstacles but they were very patient. These guys are the best! If you want flooring done in Prescott this is the business to contract with. Great job and thank you. I love my new floors.

Miele Floors is awesome. From Picking out LVP with Janel, to measuring with Jason and installing with Adrian and Paul, the process was fun and painless. The pricing is good, and the customer service great, and best of all that gross carpet in my new house is gone. Pick Miele Floors, you wont regret it.

This entire team was fanTAStic! From Jason (who gave me the original estimate), to Janel (who gave me all my options and greatly aided in the final color coordination), to Fred and German (installers), TOP NOTCH. The dining room at our Masonic Lodge received a much-needed (after 40+-year) renovation, and THEY ALL "made it so"! Thank you from all of us at Aztlan Masonic Lodge #1
