Our garage door needed springs, updated hardware and a new motor. We were very pleased with the work, particularly in light of the fact that it involved emergency hours. We requested a door tuneup and assessment of it's operation & received expert input re: needed repairs and roller changes to improve the operation of our existing door. The functionality of each item was thoroughly explained, and options provided at various price points, as well as valuable input as to the average lifespan of our existing door, and information about routine annual maintenance. We will definitely call A1 Garage for our future garage door needs!

What l didn't care for was the aggressive up sell to over $600 when what l was really after was a tune up if you like: getting the door lubed as it was making horrible noises, getting the bottom rubber back in position, an inspection and getting things tightened up. I was eventually able to get the rollers replaced and the door lubed so it was quiet again, for a fair price.

I ended up having a tangled cable that I wasnt even aware of. Got that fixed and my yearly maintenance in less than 30 min. Super nice and knowledgeable technicians. 12/10 highly recommend.

He stayed the entire day (had to run and get a part that was unique) fixed the issues, tuned up and also gave us a look at some sample garage door pieces so that we could make an informed decision! He even coded a garage door opener for me!!! This company is truly customer centric! 🔥🙏🏻❤️
