Our technician, Anthony went above and beyond with his service, information and courteous personality. He is definitely an asset to your company. We look forward to having him back for our future needs and would recommend A-1 garage doors.

- JMJess Morgan4 days ago3.0Appointment was for a yearly tuneup and ended up being for a lot more. The door and opener were installed 11/24 for the previous owner. I just moved in and was hit with the installation not being done well. Lag bolts had split several key pieces of wood, header and other part’s inadequate and possibly in a position to fail. A-1 put this in originally. Where is the repair to bring it up to snuff at A-1’s expense?

Sadly the repairs were not even sufficient, and I had a local company finish the job. The process of buying a new garage door was reminiscent of buying a car lol. Fortunately I said “No” to the exorbitant pricing and moved on from A1. Do your research!
