  The first time Wolfgang came to my house was the middle of August. My Goodman unit is under warranty for parts, but not labor, and had randomly begun cycling on and off rapidly the night before I contacted Wolfgang the first time. I had never used this company before. Since then, I have seen three different technicians, Kyle, Jacob, and Mike, who is a field supervisor. Each one tried to solve the problem and was unable to… until Mike came along. That was two days ago. First, he called me at work and we had a thorough conversation about all of the steps that have been taken (and the money I had spent!!) that DIDN’T solve the problem of the a/c cycling on and off randomly and rapidly. While I was at work, he went to my house and looked at the unit. The text he sent me after was that I needed a new blower motor, and he was 100% certain this was the issue. This was the first time I had received a diagnosis that was delivered with complete confidence. Unfortunately, up to this point I had already spent well over $1000 to have things replaced that didn’t solve the problem. Mike spoke to someone at the company (I assume an owner?) to get the motor installed with no charge to me, and the part itself was covered by my warranty. This problem needed a fresh set of eyes because the other techs had been unable to correctly diagnose, but in fairness to them, the problem did not replicate any of the times they came to my house to do work. Yesterday Jacob returned with another technician, Ellis, and they installed the blower motor that Mike said I needed. Mike had expedited ordering the motor and scheduling the appointment. Every technician I encountered at Wolfgang presented themselves VERY professionally. I am happy with the ability to get an appointment almost instantly and right now I’m happy with the way the issue was handled yesterday. It’s been less than 24 hours and the unit has not randomly cycled rapidly. I will update the review if it does.

  Joshua was great! He explained what he planned to do then checked out the ac. He found the problem and fixed it right away. After he was done he explained the entire process. Thanks Josh.
