  I had a old water heater that gave out. Zoom Drain, Joshua and Corbin, came out and replaced it in very short order. However, the new water heater was defective. After reporting that we were not getting any hot water, they returned and discovered that the heating element was bad, It was replaced and all is good now. Kudos to all.

  The guys were extremely kind and professional! They helped explain things to me in a way I understood! They were in and out in 30 minutes!! I definitely recommend them!!

  Jared and his right hand young man were great! Very respectful and kind as they were explaining what the issues were in my toilet drain. They were also knowledgeable and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be asking for Jared next time as this smooth experience makes me comfortable having him in my home again. Fyi, I don’t allow weird-suspicious strangers in my home because I’m a single mom with my 3 year old son. Highly recommend them 🙌🏽

  Excellent service from start to finish! Our garage sink faucet had a leak, so we were wasting water, and they responded right away. They were able to come out within 12 hours of my phone call and even arrived earlier than expected. They repaired the leak quickly and professionally, and the quality of the work was excellent. The technician was courteous, efficient, and made the entire process easy. It's refreshing to find a company that responds so quickly and gets the job done right. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
