  Jon was great! He was knowledgeable, organize and informative, answering all my questions and keeping us within our budget without any sales pitch (which another company harassed us with after we declined their services). As my migraines are triggered by lighting I greatly appreciated the time he took to listen and explain different type of window tinting. You know what you’re going to get with Jon, without any sales BS. He kept us informed throughout the process and is the reason we chose window world. Mony

  I just had two different sized windows and two different sized sliding glass doors removed and replaced in my 4th floor condo! The installers were very experienced, considerate, and did a great job. I love how quiet it is now without the noise of nearby traffic! I’m looking forward to lower AC bills this summer, too!

  I was hesitant to go with Window World for my home because the windows would be retrofitted but everything worked out well. The install team was great. Where I feel the company dropped the ball was customer communication. After I paid the deposit to the salesman it was radio silence for many weeks. There should be some communication in between so the customer knows their windows are being manufactured and we haven't been forgotten about. The installation team referred me to the office when it came time to payment. This is another area where I feel the ball was dropped a little. I have not been able to make contact with anybody in their office to pay the second half of the deposit. Why is the second payment so complicated? I would love to pay you.

  Window World is amazing! Hands down the best price, very affordable and there windows are beautiful. My house looks so much better with these windows and they have a nice blue tint. All of the other Window companies I dealt with were charging triple the amount, I felt ripped off. I worked with Vance and hes the best. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, concerns, was very detailed and always responded when I reached out. If you need your windows replaced, Window World should be your #1 choice, you can't go wrong with this company. Thank you Window World!
