  The windows do the job except when the ‘installers’ were finished and walking away we noticed a large crack in the corner of one of the front middle ‘picture window’ (which they had just installed) which they ‘didn’t notice’ !? Ha We ‘caught them in time’ as they were leaving so of course the window was replaced.

  We contracted with Window World to replace all our windows and patio door/screen in our main house 3 years ago. We were thoroughly pleased with the entire process from sales through installation. Mike Rush was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we were exceptional pleased with the installation crew. The job was completed in one day and the price was reasonable. We now have decided to replace two more double windows in our casita and are going with Window World once again. Highly recommend Window World.

  Wow! Just wow! We ordered a big picture window and just had it installed and we just love it! Our salesman was Stuart Prigge and he was fabulous. Very friendly, super professional and called us along the way to keep us informed as well as after the window was installed to make sure we were happy. All in all a great experience and we couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait to order more windows for our home! Thank you Window World!!

  After getting 3 quotes on two sliding glass doors, Window World was the most affordable for me. However, the salesman was not very communicative. Did not return text messages or emails. I had to call the office to ask questions. I don't want to mention his name, but I did speak with his supervisor. Oscar and his crew were awesome. They worked very hard and did a great job on the doors.

  I am writing to share my positive experience with my recent window purchase. I was very impressed with the technician, Vance, who visited my home. He was professional and kind throughout the process. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing of the windows. I will highly recommend Window World to others.
