  A good experience. Jeff was personable, professional & knowledgeable. He got to work right away, explained what he was doing and completed in a a timely manner. I appreciated his customer service and would recommend Way Cool.

  I had a great experience with Way Cool Plumbing & Air. Ping Moeveve came out for my A/C tune-up and was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my system was running properly before he left. Chris also came out the same day to perform a water heater flush and did an excellent job as well! He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. And he had dog treats for my pups!! Are you kidding me?! So awesome!! Both technicians provided top-notch customer service, and you can tell the company truly cares about quality work. Highly recommend Way Cool Plumbing & Air!

  Mr. Davis was our tech today and he was kind caring and went right to work knew what he was looking for fixed it & made sure to stick around tell AC was working correctly I highly recommend Mr Davis as you tech guy thank you

  Way cool was super fast to come out, was super professional and respectful. Within a week they did our inspectation , an energy audit & got a bunch of insulation added in along with duct work. They treated us like friends and made the whole experience easy and unstressful.

  Josh was great! He was friendly and efficient. He checked over our HVAC as described in our maintenance plan. He made a recommendation which we will probably follow up on when Way Cool comes back this winter. Our North Valley Mechanical/Way Cool technicians have always been great which is why we've been customers for many years.
