Don came over from Water Heaters Only and was actually the person who was going to install the equipment as well as negotiating the deal. I appreciated this very much. We had some really bad and messy plumbing connected to our old waterheater due to someone else cutting corners. Don said he would fix that all up and get us a good discount... which he did. He was honest, upfront, and punctual more than I can say for other experiences I've had. I would recommend him to any friends and family that needed a new water heater.
