- AWAdrianna W.Dec 14, 20211.0A United rentals truck had an improperly secured truck bed yesterday headed into Phoenix. Debris was flying everywhere off the truck and smacked right into my front windshield, causing a large crack in the top left corner. I swerved out of the way so I couldn’t get a license plate number for the truck. I called their customer service to ask about what to do and the woman simply replied “Arizona is a no fault state- you should’ve filed a police report.” Wrong. Arizona is an at-fault state, so your renter should be paying for my broken windshield. I’m a college student, I don’t have money laying around to put for your negligent drivers, disappointed you didn’t have anymore information to offer- just a lie to get me to go away.
