I asked a lot of questions and asked for a number of variations of quotes for different floors, and it wasn't a very big job, and he was very responsive. Quick to text which is hard to get in the contractor world. During install a couple hiccups came up and they went through the extra effort to make it work without costing any more. I will definitely be working with them again for future flooring jobs.
