  If i could give zero stars or negative stars I absolutely would. How dare your service tech come to my property on an emergency call at night and proceed to be scold me. To tell me the General Manager that he fixed the elevator by turning the key. I was relieved that was all it was. He asks if i EVEN have the key. I replied i am not sure let me get my keys. He repeats this is going to be an emergency call and I said I know I made that call. He decided to tell me I just WORK THIRD SHIFT SO IT'S NOTHING TO ME BUT HE WILL ONLY GET 3 HOURS SLEEP NOW BECAUSE I DONT KNOW HOW TO TURN A KEY!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW!! HE CONTINUED TO CARRY ON. I TOLD HIM TO GET OFF MY PROPERTY 2 TIMES CLEARLY AND THE LAST TIME NOT NICE AT ALL. I will be petitioning the corporation to relieve this company of the inconvenience. I don't want your techs to loose sleep.

  I manage an apartment community in Sun City and use TK to service our elevators. We have had an issue and Cody has been amazing to work with!! His communication has been Stellar and his response time back to me from my emails and phone calls has been outstanding! I really appreciate the customer service he has given us, especially in a day and age where so many companies do not take the time to teach and or deliver. Thank you Cody for your impeccable service!!

  Terrible TERRIBLE service , can never get anyone to answer the phone, and when they say theyll be back they never are, & Dont care how important elevators are to buisnesses especially Hotels etc.

  Wow! Threatening and pounding on government vehicles so they can "save" a parking spot for somebody. And the number behind the truck to report these guys don't work. Guess this is how the company conduct's their business.
