- GKGretchen KelloggSep 25, 20265.0The scheduling was easy, the technicians came when scheduled. They were very knowledgeable, clean and were careful to keep my house clean. Everything went smoothly.
- RGRick GordonSep 21, 20265.0Pablo did an excellent job installing our new Bradford White water heater. Explained every option and more in detail.
- CCCorin CraigoSep 17, 20261.0We purchased the “Club Membership” which includes a water heater check up. They replaced a rod in our water heater which somehow caused a huge leak from our water softener. They are denying all responsibility and said that our water softener was always leaking. That is a lie. I promise we would have noticed the massive puddle in the garage everyday if it was leaking. They then tried to charge us a few thousand dollars to install a water pressure regulator and told us that we need to replace our 3 year old water softener because it’s “shot”. Any attempt to get a call back from the plumbing manager has been ignored. We had to call a different company to fix the water softener. Would not recommend this scam of a company who can’t even call you back.
