- TTTom2 days ago5.0Hector Sanchez was out to inspect the AC at a house we're buying and he did a fantastic job! The owner had their own inspection done and they both reported failing components, but Hector's report showed WHY those components were failing. Really well done! Lots of photos of the instrument readings, etc. You might need to be an HVAC tech to fully understand what the readings mean, but nobody can argue about what he found!
