- SRSteven RylandJun 29, 20264.0My technician Austin M was an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly! Saved my AC system same-day. The work ended up costing more than I'd like though. ~$400 to replace the capacitor; which appears to cost less than $20 online... I know they gotta make their markup and obviously there's labor costs, but he was onsite no more than 25 min. I'd love to have Austin out again! But I'll probably try shopping around more next time.
