My cooperation with Reunity ended at the very first stage - getting the estimate. This was a one-man show of their sales representative, who lectured us on a wonderful history of Kohler company for 30 minutes, and then, after measurements, quoted 23,000 USD for a walk-in shower in our tiny guest bathroom! He gave us a generous discount, and after that he got a 20,000 … To finish the bathroom renovation, we would be supposed to hire another contractor to do the vanity and sink and faucets, so, imagine the total cost. That is what Kohler/Reunity company calls “affordable” walk-in shower remodeling. I googled the material - it is quite cheap staff, nothing special, roughly 1/4 of the quote, the rest is the greed of the company with their aggressive advertising. I am not buying it.

Excellent experience and long overdue.
Alan and Juan were amazing. Competent, arrived on time, explained the process, clean-up was thorough, answered all questions before leaving. I have a second project; I hope this team under Alan’s direction will return.

Fraudsters and Thieves
Stay away from Renuity, LLC. This company doesn’t just tolerate fraud—they enable it, profit from it, and fail to act with integrity when given the opportunity.
In December 2025, I hired Renuity for a basic tub-to-shower conversion at my Scottsdale, Arizona home. The job was simple: a small 60” x 36” x 96” walk-in shower with no other modifications. What followed was a textbook example of deception, price gouging, and dangerously incompetent workmanship.
The entire deal was built on false representations by sales representative Ben Patch, who I consider a liar and a fraud. He promised a lifetime warranty, full replacement of all plumbing, and high-quality Kohler materials (Ben provided my husband and me with a two-page document outlining these promises). These claims were used to pressure me into signing a contract for $21,467.00—“discounted” to $17,367.00 if I signed immediately.
That pricing is outrageous. Comparable projects typically cost between $5,000 and $8,000. My selections were standard, not premium. There is no legitimate explanation for charging more than double the high end of market value. This wasn’t just overpriced—it is deliberate exploitation using high-pressure sales tactics designed to trap customers before they can do their research.
Then came the installation in January 2026—and it only got worse.
Within three days, the shower leaked due to defective installation. Water poured through an electrical outlet into my kitchen, forcing emergency repairs and requiring my ceiling to be cut open. This wasn’t a minor issue—this was a serious hazard caused by careless, substandard work. A Renuity technician admitted that the shower valve had not been welded correctly, which caused the leak.
Independent inspections later exposed:
The promised plumbing replacement was never completed
An unauthorized and reckless modification tied an unused AC condensate line into the shower drain
Licensed professionals confirmed the installation violated basic plumbing standards and created an ongoing risk of failure. In other words, this wasn’t just sloppy—it was unsafe.
And here’s the worst part: no one at Renuity questioned the excessive price for such a small tub-to-shower conversion. Renuity repaired the leak and offered $1,500—an amount that was laughable given how much I was overcharged and the extent of their defective work. This is a company that stands behind fraud and deception rather than doing the right thing.
I am currently in the process of filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and pursuing legal counsel to address these issues.
This experience has been financially and emotionally draining, and it could have been far worse given the safety risks involved. Renuity’s business practices raise serious concerns about integrity, honesty, and consumer safety.
If you value your home, your money, and your peace of mind, do not trust this company. Do not sign anything under pressure. Do not believe their promises.
Find a reputable contractor—because dealing with Renuity was a costly mistake I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
Our remodeling of our shower/bathtub to a walk in shower and closet was a wonderful experience from the first sells person to the last worker that left our house. They were very polite, friendly and respectful to our family. Steve promptly took care of us when we decided to add on to the project at the last minute! So to him we owe a special thanks!
This was a very pleasant experience. Lance, my salesperson, was very professional and understood my concerns and needs. Blake and Sebastian, the installers of my new shower remodel, were friendly, hardworking, and listened to my concerns also. I'm very pleased to have used this company! I feel valued as a customer!
