  Eric is awesome. Shows up on time or early, fixes problem, leaves things better than he found them. Eric always provides super high value service. There is never a question regarding who to call next time something comes up.

  I called Reeis on Monday afternoon and they came out the same day for an estimate. The following day we ordered equipment and they completed the install of an entire new AC unit and thermostat on Wednesday. The whole team was great from the receptionist to the HVAC installation specialists James, Pablo and Fernando. I received excellent service and communication from the entire team throughout this quick and efficient process. I would highly recommend Reeis!

  My experience with the companies I contacted for the previous 2 years’ maintenance on my AC was far from satisfactory. Tremendous difference this year with Reiss. Miguel was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with all around. Highest recommendation. He is a true gem.

  We called Reeis and a Technician was sent out immediately. Our AC unit was 31 years old and needed to be replaced. James came out approximately in an hour, he gave us several replacement options, his years of experience shows. The constant communication was impressive throughout the process. We were called from Steve setting up the installation schedule the next business day, (unbelievably fast)! The installers arrived on time! Pablo and Fernando explained the process and answered questions during the installation, the crew wore booties when in the house, placed a tarp in the garage to catch any debris, they cleaned the garage and the outside unit. We highly recommend your first call be to REEIS! Excellent customer service and quality products. Thank you
