He took all measures already attempted into consideration. He identified the issue very quickly (unfortunately a part that neither me or him had readily available). He is already looking for the part and has scheduled a solution visit tomorrow! Thank you for coming out on a Sunday!!!

Joey from Rainforest came on time and replaced the tank, couldn’t have been nicer and more knowledgeable. It’s nice in this day and age to have someone do their job with a terrific attitude, Rainforest is lucky to have him.
- DLDaniel LJun 9, 20261.0Problem: random strong sewer smell most noticable at AC chiller area. Request: inspect sewer pipe, requiring person to go under mobile home. Secondary request: look for open AC while under there. Result: tech refused to go under mobile home to confirm pipes are intact properly, claiming ground appears dry, therefor the pipes cannot be leaking. Could not see where sewer pipe goes into ground either. I am not happy paying $155 for something i already did myself and told dispatcher tech had to go under to inspect. I want my money back.
