- KFKatherine Freshley1 day ago5.0We bought a beautiful condo in a historic property in Phoenix. Rainforest was recommended by our roofer. James was sent to correct issues highlighted by our home inspection report but every issue raised revealed many more that were complicated by 12” thick concrete stucco walls, frozen plumbing, and troubling do-it yourself updates. James spent long hours, sometimes covered in stone dust, making everything right. Plus, he did all this with good humor and a tremendously positive attitude!
- GCGreg ColeMay 12, 20261.0I’m a pre existing customer for 2 years, called in for quote on mini split on 4/11/26 at 1130am they couldn’t give me an arrival time for quote said next day, called on 4/12/26 at 1130 am asking for arrival time the girl told me between 3 to 5pm its now 510 pm and no call no nothing, guess they don’t need my business, and also they sent a google review for the tech and he never showed or even a called, Will be looking elsewhere
