  I have to say, I was, and am disgusted with the customer service I received through the process of creating a custom built center island that was more than twice the cost of what it would have cost from other alternative companies. I was impressed in the beginning when I stopped into their showroom in Scottsdale and learned about their invisicook system and phone chargers. I was told that by the owner/Eric that they would handle everthing from the beginning to the end. Nothing was further from this truth! During the process I would go days without getting a reply from messages or texts. I could share many details to support my disgusts working with Eric, from service to quality and misinterpretation of my design details, but to sum it up, my last conversation was regarding a concern with their referral company that does the fabrication and installation of the invisicook and the discrepancy in bids, where Eric was just as confused and said he would get back to me later that afternoon. This was nearly 3 months ago and never heard a word back from him, still to this day...Absolutely unacceptable, especially given the fact of how much I over invested, and the assurance he gave me that they would handle everthing. I ended up having to fend for myself through my own research and shopping and found Bedrosians who has since installed the inviscook system and did a fabulous job and saved me a fair amount of money. I am not one to write reviews but I felt this experience had to be shared publicly. I'm sorry I ever stepped into the PWC showroom so many months ago!!

  We had the most seamless successful experience with PWC, and our personal designer Michael Barlowe. We walked in with nothing but a hope and a dream and Michael took it from there! He worked so patiently and interactively with our dreams and within the parameters of the room and the budget. He was 100 % responsive and available at all hours unbelievably. We absolutely wouldn’t have even attempted our complete kitchen remodel without his confidence, guidance and knowledge. Our kitchen is stunning, functional and we’ve referred Michael to our friends who are building a custom home now. Thank you Michael & PWC!!!

  Phenomenal experience! I do not have the design eye and Eric and his team came in and turned my kitchen into a masterpiece! So thankful for him and his team!
