We couldn't be happier with our new folding door from Phoenix Folding Door Company. It has completely transformed our home, giving it a modern, high-end look while allowing us to fully enjoy our beautiful backyard. It truly feels like we're living outdoors—without having to be in the Arizona heat!
From our very first meeting, Carney was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never pressured us. He took the time to thoroughly explain the product, the installation process, and the timeline, setting realistic expectations every step of the way. What impressed us most was that even after the sale, he remained actively involved throughout the entire project, always available to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.
One of the biggest advantages of working with Phoenix Folding Door Company is that they handle the entire project from start to finish. They coordinated everything—including the structural beam installation, drywall and wall repairs, and all of the finishing work—making what could have been a complicated remodel completely stress-free.

Sales, install, product, warranty.
I worked with Carney through the sales process and it was a great experience compared to the bigger brands. He came out and walked me through the product options and helped bring my vision to life with thoughtful recommendations and advice.
The installation team was top notch - I ended up taking out about 7ft of exterior wall they got the job done promptly over two days installed solid header beam and well supported with multiple king and jack studs so my home and the door would be well supported in the long run. They also moved electrical for me to ensure outlets, switches, all remained functional and worked in a way that made sense for my new layout.
The product after 1 year is just as great as day 1 - I will say heat is a concern if you have extended direct sun exposure - Carney is very clear about this upfront so there’s no surprises (just think you’re replacing stucco and insulation with aluminum and glass, of course there’s going to be a drop in efficiency) HOWEVER it looks amazing, works very smoothly, and connects our backyard with our living room and kitchen. Would 100% install again.
Warranty is so good these guys FOLLOW UP WITH YOU to make sure door remains well adjusted and everything is working properly. I will say this is wonderful because the door does need adjustments every so often after getting some sun and getting regular use. No concerns here and just glad this local company stands behind their product
