  The job got done, that is why I gave a 2. First the price for what should have been a 15 to 20 min job and 10 dollars worth of parts to replace the water valve behind the refrigerator took roughly 2 hours. The technician got to the house to a picture and said I have to go buy parts. He comes back and had to do the same job over 3 times because he screwed up. He melted my plastic alive box and the valve is crooked. Not impressed, especially for that price. Talk about gouging hard working people!! Lesson learned! Do it myself next time. Would have cost me no more than 50 since I would have had to buy a torch and solder.

  they called to have a schedule done to come to my home to flush out my water heater. The first appointment. They didn’t even call they did not show up. Then I get a call. I think about a Week later to set up an appointment. I told him about the first incident. And convinced me to reschedule. Then I get a call From themthe day of the appointment one hour before to cancel. And they expect me to be happy with that when I planned my day for a three hour slot for them to come to my home. Something is seriously wrong with reliability on their part as far as I’m concerned. I should never have accepted the second appointment but was reassured that they would be here.

  Aaron was an absolute pro! He did an amazing job, ensuring that both of my AC units were working properly for this Arizona heat! Additionally, he answered questions I had and was very knowledgeable when giving suggestions on air filters, AC components that may need attention in the future, as well as renewed my maintenance plan. He is clearly an expert in his field. Thanks Aaron C.!

  I have been using Patrick Riley for 10+ years and will not trust anyone else with my A/C Unit or Water Heater. I had an issue, they quickly came out, and resolved the issue. I highly recommend their VIP Maintenance Plan.

  If I had a choice I would give zero stars. Stay far away from this company you do not want to use them. They’re scam artists they have horrible customer service. We bought a new unit from them a year and a half ago they sloped the piping in the wrong way, causing us a leak which they have not repaired yet I called several times to speak to a manager to find out when they’re going to come fix everything but they will not return my phone call. This is a horrible company and this review will stay up until the work gets done. They are rude and unprofessional!
