  As a REALTOR who lives and works in Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, and other areas where septic systems are common, having a knowledgeable and trustworthy septic contractor is critical to keeping transactions on track. I have worked with Alfredo and the team at Macho Contracting on numerous occasions, ranging from complete septic system installations to complex repairs and troubleshooting inspection issues. Alfredo is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes the time to answer questions, explain findings, and debunk inaccurate or misleading observations that occasionally appear in inspection reports. His expertise has been invaluable when helping buyers, sellers, and agents understand the true condition of a system rather than relying on assumptions or incomplete information. Most recently, Alfredo helped one of my clients navigate concerns raised by an inexperienced septic inspector. He not only took the time to thoroughly review the situation, but returned after the cleanout at no charge and even pumped the septic system again, despite it not being warranted, simply to ensure everyone involved had confidence in the findings. That level of service and integrity is rare. What I appreciate most is that Alfredo understands real estate transactions. When repairs are needed, he provides prompt bids, communicates clearly, and mobilizes his team quickly so work can be completed before close of escrow.   After exploring 4 other plumbers who didn’t offer full solutions and/or wanted to charge unbelievably high rates for labor, I found Macho. Alfredo quickly figured out the complex situation and what was needed. I trust this company - after I had begun to lose hope in competent and trustworthy plumbers! Macho more than deserves 5-stars!
