- QSQuentin SmithMay 5, 20263.0Our new entry door wad priced right, but the first door assembly that was installed was so flawed that it had to be completely replaced. The 2nd door assembly was fine, but the technician was given the wrong touch up paint. After the correct touch up paint was secured the touch ups were fine. As a result of all the above, from the time that I signed the contract until the finally finished door was installed it took 114 days. Although the finished product is fine, the process did not meet my expectations and the company did not offer any discount for the problems that occurred.
