Robby was our technician. We received a message ahead of his arrival, and he called as well. Robby was polite and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the upfront approach with no surprise additional costs. Robby gave us all the options to choose from as well as the finance options we had available. The work was done efficiently and repairs were above our expectations. Robby is a true professional and we highly recommend their services. When I initially requested information online about getting our door assessed for repairs the response was under 5 minutes. The offered to come that same day and we chose to setup an appointment for the morning. The whole experience was smooth and our family is happy we chose the right company to trust with our repairs.

Very good communications by Iconic. We received a text notification of the techs name, a photo, and his arrival time. The tech (Victor) was very thorough with his explanation of the service and answered all my questions in lay terms. Excellent service and one I would recommend!

Iconic had excellent communication and quick response. Robby was the technician who helped explain my options for a new garage door opener. I had researched a bit before so I knew mostly what I wanted. He answered questions I had and they were able to provide the opener I needed at a good cost. He installed it in less than 90 minutes which included evsluating the door, setting up MyQ and changing the rollers. He evaluated the health of my springs and advised me on future upkeep.

The company was professional and everything was installed correctly with the garage door. However time is valuable and the installation was delayed by an hour or two and I had some other errands to get done before work. The installer was professional and polite and no issues with him. Overall good experience but timing and scheduling could be improved.

The technician, Victor, explained all of the points of the inspection, and what he found. This was the most thorough garage door Inspection I have ever seen. This is the first time we have ever used Iconic Garage Door service and I am very pleased. I mentioned that this Garage Door is original, but the springs have been replaced fairly recently, along with the garage door opener. I also mentione The dent I saw in the tube just passed one of the springs;’ He then went over to the left side of the garage door and took a picture of the cable wheel with the bearings, and showed me where the bearings are worn because the cable wheel Had been rotating on the wheel with bad bearings and was cutting it. He gave me an estimate for the repair for new bearings and a new tube. I assured him he would be back within a few months and we would take care of that. Very professional, no pressure, and very pleasant.
