Ramon was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and a fantastic communicator throughout the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed our AC issue and went above and beyond to fix it promptly. Because our unit is compact, he installed a temporary stand-in blower motor to get the system running right away while we wait for the official Trane part to arrive. Ramon stayed and made sure the home was actually cooling down before he left. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Ramon and Howard Air Conditioning!

He quoted me prices on some maintenance issues and repairs which I opted to wait on. He never pressures me nor try to make the hard sell. His co worker Junior arrived shortly after him and was equally as professional. Junior introduced himself and waited for Jovanny . These two men are what customer service should be. Thanks guys!
