  Cody and Gus came out to do our AC install and insulation, and honestly these guys were great. The attention to detail was noticeable right away — they weren’t cutting corners anywhere. They also kept us updated the whole time so we always knew what was going on, which I appreciated. And they spent hours up in the attic in the heat getting everything done right — that’s not an easy job and it showed in the effort they put in. Would 100% recommend Howard Air, and ask for Cody and Gus specifically if you can.

  Isaac was terrific. He did a very thorough job but even better he took time to explain to me what he was doing and how it impacted things. I really appreciate his time and his consideration and his kindness.

  Howard Air recently assisted me in replacing a water that failed and flooded a utility closet. Andrew responded out to my home within about an hour of me calling. He helped me through the entire process from his initial responses, the mitigation, and the final install. Andrew was professional, kind, respectful, and communicative. I’ve also used Howard Air to replace/install and maintain my AC unit. Everyone at Howard Air has always been so kind and helpful that I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Many thanks to Andrew and the whole crew at Howard Air!

  Howard Air came out to install our new HVAC system this week. CJ and Evan did the install and they were polite and professional. They ran into some issues with our old set up and limited attic space that ended up taking them longer to install so it became a 12 1/2 hour day but they stayed and got the job done. Unfortunately, the condenser had an emergency shut off in the middle of the night and the house got quite hot, but James came out the next morning and adjusted things to get the system going again.

  I had the pleasure of having Logan and Kevin spend the day at my house replacing my air conditioner and doing duct work in the hot tiny attic. They were both so pleasant from early morning until after 5pm. They showed attention to detail and kept me aware of repairs throughout the process. They were careful to cover my furniture while working and they cleaned up everything before they left. They went over everything at the end to make sure I felt comfortable. I am very satisfied with the work they did and happy with the decision to use this company.
