It can be stressful when you’re dealing with bad news and a repair of this type. Jesus answered all of our questions with professionalism and empathy. Repairs were completed and we are back to a cool environment. Thank you to Jesus and Howard Air.

The two guest rooms have always been difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature at the same time. Ramon also provided suggestions to enhance our comfort in the two rooms. Before he left he also changed our filters and left us with a proposal for several work items that would improve our overall comfort level. Thank you, Ramon.

Very Impressed with their financing which was the best compared to the other 4 opportunities I researched. Most efficient personnel I have ever interacted with, from making the necessary appointment for everyone involved in the process, taking care of all arrangements and most of all making it a very stress free experience! My 2 young men Caleb and Jason who dismantled and assisted each other with the crane and installation of my new unit displayed the most respected and impressive work ethics and values I have seen in a long time.
