  I ask for Kenny to do my service because he is a very pleasant person, very professional and knowledgeable. Even more important, he genuinely comes across as enjoying his profession. You can tell he is doing his best for his customer.

  I cannot recommend Howard Air & Plumbing enough. I’ve used them exclusively for my HVAC install and maintenance, they recently installed my new water heater, and today they just handled a major toilet and plumbing flange replacement for me. ​Rick came out first to give the estimate and he was kind, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Then, Tristan came out for the actual installation on the same day! He worked hard to make sure everything was 100% perfect, and he was incredibly respectful. When he realized a specific part was needed to do the job right, he didn't hesitate to go pick it up and come right back to finish. ​My new toilet feels rock-solid, sealed, and completely secure. The peace of mind and top-tier professionalism and kindness Rick and Tristan provided is greatly appreciated. Once again, everyone was kind, professional and respectful from start to finish; many thanks to Tristan and the entire Howard Crew!

  Wow! We reached out to Howard Air because the previous contractor was backtracking and not taking any accountability for steps they may have missed causing the problem. They were out the next day. Andy was our tech and he was INCREDIBLE!! He took the time to review everything in great detail. He performed several diagnostic tests and was able to pinpoint the real issue and recommend a solid, well thought out solution. As a result, we will be moving forward with Howard Air, and requesting Andy to do the work, because we know it will be done correctly and professionally. If you are looking for some plumbing work to be done - Howard Air should be your first call. You won’t need to call others!!
