  I had outstanding service from Nomar V and Jamie from Howard Air and Plumbing . A neighbor recommended them and I was very happy with their professionalism and quality of work. Had a leak under the master bath sink and Nomar and Jamie diagnosed and provided clear information of what the problem was , and the flat rate cost to fix it. Very friendly and trustworthy young men in their 20’s. I will be back for future service. Don’t hesitate to contact them. They know what they are doing and good to know honest people are still out there.

  Logan and Kevin installed a new duct and vent in my home. They were professional, efficient, did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. Thank you Howard Air for hiring these two young men. They are an asset to your organization.

  I scheduled a pre-purchase HVAC inspection with Howard Air during a very tight inspection period for a home purchase. On Friday, the representative (mself) I spoke with told me to send over my escrow documents so they could get me scheduled. After sending everything requested, I received a call back at 1:53 PM confirming I was scheduled for Monday between noon and 6 PM. They even took my payment information. When I never received a confirmation, I called back today only to be told that I was “the last person she spoke with” and she forgot to actually put me on the schedule. Now they are saying they don’t have a technician available today and “might” be able to come tomorrow. This is extremely frustrating because I specifically chose this company because they said they could accommodate my timeline during my 10-day inspection period. I no longer have flexibility to delay this inspection, and their failure to follow through could directly impact an important real estate transaction. Mistakes happen, but overpromising availability, taking payment information, and then failing to schedule the appointment is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.

  The technician Grant arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. Grant was thorough, explained everything carefully and respectfully. When he found everything in good order, he didn’t try to push any sales on me, just made some suggestions and offered Howard Air’s services if I wanted them for anything.

  We’ve lived in Arizona for 23 years, and this past month we had to purchase our first AC unit. Howard Air was one of three bids we received, and their combination of fair pricing, professionalism, and service made the decision easy. Jermaine and Gus were our technicians, and they were outstanding. They spent the entire day—from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.—removing the old system and installing our new Trane AC unit. That’s a long, hard day, and they stayed professional, thorough, and focused the entire time. They clearly knew what they were doing, took pride in their work, and did an excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend Howard Air, and especially Jermaine and Gus, to anyone needing AC work.
