  We will always call Howard Air for our AC and Plumbing needs, they provide the highest level of customer service at a fair price. Today I had Cody help fix our AC which went out and we also had a burst water pipe the same day which we had Andrew repair. These guys are the best and I highly recommend! Thank you both for your help and professionalism.

  Got plumbing system maintenance check as part of the service plan I purchased when I had my HVAC serviced before summertime hit. I’ve always been pleased with Howard’s prices and service and today Alberto did not disappoint. On time and courteous, fast and efficient, I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company, with a special shout out and thank you to Alberto.

  Steve was great! He’s a fantastic example of why we’ve been loyal to Howard Air for so many years. He came to take care of our home (and be sweet to our puppy dogs!), and there was zero pressure on sales. Just real care for our home. They’ve added plumbing maintenance checks to the regular A/C home maintenance we already have, and at no extra charge! (We’ve done 2 full size a/c units & a couple mini-splits w/ them over 10+ years, & have them taking care of family’s homes) Steve literally came out, did yearly maintenance & checks on the shut off valves, check everything, and flushed the water heater. Didn’t try to sell me anything! He gave me info that I asked for. That is the way to keep a loyal customer for years that will actually come to them when we *do* need work done. Good work Steve, and Howard Air!

  Technician Rigo arrived early for scheduled appointment. Inspected my water heater and diagnosed the issue. Gave me written quotes for repair or replacement of the unit and thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. He was very pleasant and professional and left the work area clean and tidy.

  I am a member of the Service plan and it is the best value ever. I have never had a bad technician but today I had a maintenance check on my plumbing system, which is a new addition to the air-conditioning maintenance plan Steve was so knowledgeable so thorough and taught me so much about my plumbing that I didn’t even know. I was so impressed. Everybody should do this
