  Recently Harmon Electric was sent to our home for repairs from our solar provider. From start to finish we were so pleased with customer service staff by phone and email, great communication and professional, kind staff! Jacob Doyle and Vincent Guzman were the electricians sent to our home. They spent over 8 hours in 110 degrees, and were as pleasant and efficient than you’d imagine working in the sun on this hot day. My husband put out folding chairs for them to cool down in the garage, and we supplied water and Gatorade. The messy and unsafe wiring the solar company (not Harmon) had created was replaced by Harmon, inspected by the city and APS to code. We felt safe, cared for, and pleased that the job by Jacob and Vinny was done correctly. We plan to use Harmon in the future for any electrical needs, knowing that we will be well taken care of and most of all knowing the integrity of Harmon’s electricians ranks at the top of their business model. If you are in need of a great company for your electrical issues, don’t hesitate in reaching out to Harmon, you will be treated kindly and with respect, and receive the best in service!   Spoke with Dennis Alessandro, he gave an astronomically high bid, which is completely unethically priced for a job. 60k for 15 kw system with 2 batteries is abhorrent. I hope people search him and don’t get taken advantage of. When I respectfully discussed this with him he became nasty, condescending, and disrespectful, saying he had been doing this 16 years etc. Buyer beware!!!! Continued following response on 7/12/2026: This response from Harmon Solar is exactly why I left my review in the first place. After hearing that I had a bad experience with one of their representatives, their first move was not to call me, understand what happened, or try to make things right. Instead, they immediately came here to defend themselves and argue with a customer. The issue was never simply that I declined a quote. I was presented with a roughly $60,000 proposal for a ~15 kW system with Tesla battery storage, which I found dramatically overpriced compared to other options I was reviewing. A customer spending that kind of money has every right to ask questions and compare alternatives. The biggest problem was the attitude I received when I did exactly that. Once it became clear I was not going to accept the proposal, the conversation turned dismissive and condescending. That is not how a company should treat someone who is making a major financial decision. Their response spends a lot of time defending the salesperson and the price, but says nothing about the way the customer was treated. That tells me everything I need to know. Anyone considering solar should get multiple quotes, do their research, and pay close attention not just to the equipment, but to how the company treats you when you don’t immediately say yes.

  Dennis was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He helped me decide to put solar in and I’d highly recommend using him and Harmon Solar. Great pricing too!
