I have been dealing with this company for 6 weeks. Service personnel have come out over and over. My ac is still freezing over and now the ac is not able to hold the temperature. They have all been polite with exception of one. I have been polite. This company has taken thousands of dollars from me. I have spent hours and hours waiting for this company to try and fix the problem. They have not solved the problem and I have to call another company to fix the problems they could not fix. I appreciate the effort but from a business standpoint, Goettl failed!

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but after my experience with Goettl, I feel obligated to warn others.
Our water heater stopped producing hot water on Saturday, so I called Goettl. The technician was unable to fix the issue, cleaned the sensor, and charged us $234 while explaining that the repair would require another visit so he could contact the manufacturer during business hours. He assured us the fee would be applied toward the repair.
The problems began with the follow-up appointment. I was originally scheduled for Wednesday between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., but no one contacted me. I had to call the company myself, only to learn that my appointment had been moved to 3:00-5:00 p.m. without any notification. After rearranging my work schedule twice, I was later told the technician couldn't complete the work because the manufacturer would already be closed.
The appointment was then rescheduled for Friday morning, and I was promised I would be the first stop around 9:00 a.m. When no one arrived, I called again and was told I had been removed from the schedule entirely. The manager later admitted this was a scheduling mistake and refunded my original $234 service fee because of everything that had happened.
When another technician finally arrived, he had to leave to retrieve diagnostic equipment before he could continue troubleshooting. After returning, I was told I would need to pay another $234 diagnostic fee despite the manager having just refunded the original charge due to the company's repeated scheduling errors. At that point, I lost confidence in the entire process and declined any further service.
To make matters worse, after I asked for everything be left the way it was found, the technician left without turning my home's water supply back on. I had to call the company yet again to have someone return and restore my water.
What disappointed me most wasn't just that my water heater wasn't repaired. It was the repeated scheduling failures, the lack of communication, the broken promises, and the complete disregard for my time. I spent more than two full days waiting for appointments, went nearly a week without hot water, and had to repeatedly call the company just to find out what was happening.
Mistakes happen, but accountability matters. Unfortunately, my experience with Goettl was defined by poor communication, inconsistent service, and repeated inconvenience. Based on my experience, I will never recommend this company.

I would not recommend Goettl based on my experience.
I purchased their top-tier 4-star, two-stage system on June 13, 2026 after being advised that repairing my 11-year-old unit wasn't worthwhile. The system was installed the same day, but it failed within 24 hours.
Since installation, we've had six service calls. Different technicians have blamed low refrigerant, a frozen coil, zoning, a failed TXV valve, and a control board issue. Parts have been replaced, refrigerant has been added twice, yet the system still shuts down or fails to cool our home reliably. Despite repeatedly stating the unit was "working at 100%," it continued to malfunction.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of accountability. When I asked why a brand-new system was already low on refrigerant and requested a leak test, I was told one wasn't necessary. The technician then left without repairing the system after saying our conversation was "verbally abusive," even though no profanity or personal insults were used. He also left my attic access panel damaged.
We've missed two days of work, had to leave our home because of the heat, and spent nights sleeping in our toy hauler. Management has offered no meaningful resolution beyond continuing to troubleshoot with the manufacturer.
A brand-new HVAC system should not require this many service calls in its first two weeks. If you're looking for a reliable installation and responsive customer service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I had an outstanding experience with Goettl and highly recommend them! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service.
They completed the job efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was left in perfect condition. What impressed me even more was their follow-up—they came back to check that everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied.
They also showed incredible kindness by helping my son carry a mattress upstairs when I wasn’t able to do it myself. That small act of generosity meant so much and demonstrated the type of people they are.
It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with exceptional customer service, but GoTel did exactly that. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and top-notch service!

First of all I want to say if I could give this company 0 stars I would but unfortunately, there’s five stars on here and I have to at least use 1 of them. DO NOT use this company. I had an appointment set for today between 1-5 and mind you I don’t like windows as it is because you work around their schedules and miss appointments - this is my only day off in order to do this. So I got a call at 1 o’clock saying that the technician will be to me after the appointment he is at which would be at 3:30 - 3:30 comes around no technician. I called back about 4 to find out if he’s running behind because I got a call at 1 and was told he would be here at 3:30. Now I’m being told that the technician will be there by 5 o’clock. Now we’re at 5:15 still no technician - 5 has come and gone. So now I’m calling to speak to a manager because at this point, I’m livid! What’s the issue now!!!!! s I didn’t get a call regarding him running late even after speaking to 2 ppl. I didn’t get a call a half an hour before he was gonna get here so…… meanwhile I’m in the house burning up and need to see what’s wrong with my AC that they installed - it was only a diagnosis call. They weren’t even servicing the unit at this point. Spoke to the manager Greg at the place and he tells me that they are running behind and the some of the customers or technicians are falling out or some stupid excuse like that. REALLY!!!!! Well guess what I could careless about any of that! I’m falling out, I’m hot. I missed appointments sitting here from 1-5 waiting on them. Then they were inconsiderate and nobody even called to follow up to say they were running behind and thought I was supposed to just sit here even longer and wait. NO SIR NOT!!!!They could’ve gave me the option to reschedule but didn’t. Give me that option but now that I didn’t get any of that I will not be using this company again. The only reason I called them was because originally when I purchased this condo, the AC was purchased and installed by them so I figured I would call the people who installed the unit to give me a better diagnosis as to what is going on with it since of course I don’t have any air blowing out and I’m using fans that are not working to cool me and my family which includes dogs off. Do not use this company. You will be sorry and you will be waiting. I’m still waiting. No call no-show window was open now it’s closed.
