Absolute lack of accountability and dangerous workmanship. A George Brazil crew was on my condo's shared roof servicing a neighbor's unit and stepped on my individual AC unit's electrical whip, violently tearing the conduit entirely out of the disconnect box. They left live, exposed wiring on a shared roof and knocked out my cooling in the middle of summer. I had to pay $234 out of pocket for an emergency late-night repair just to safely restore cooling. I opened an internal ticket (JOB#1388083) and sent their customer experience team photos of the damage alongside the paid invoice. They promised a manager would call, but they have completely ghosted me. Zero ownership of property damage.

Nothing but great experiences for years with George Brazil. Curtis G and other staff are Knowledgeable and professional. The 24/7 service is so helpful, and Curtis came out immediately to help us with a pipe that disconnected and started to leak in our spare room. We have also used them for new ducts and insulation in the past. Definitely recommend!

We purchased a new unit not even 4 years ago, it has broken at least 5 times within this time frame. Today is not working again and they don’t have anyone available until tomorrow. Today is over 100 degrees, when you get the unit they guarantee for 10 years, they tell you that they will pay for a hotel that they have technician availabe 24hrs if you A/C brakes what they don’t tell you, they will refund you not pay for the hotel which you have to pay upfront or like today they don’t have enough technicians, horrible experience with this company.

We had Tristan come out to take care of our air conditioners six month check up. After doing the check up, we needed some extra work done. Tristan called in and was able to arrange it so we can get the job done today rather than having to make another appointment. Everything turned out great. They take pictures of everything while they’re up there working on your air conditioner. It’s like you’re right there with them. Thank you, George Brazil for taking care of us.

It's all about how a company responds when problems arise.
We initially used George Brazil for a routine maintenance check and experienced a relatively minor issue in receiving the results. This was then exasperated by a couple of misdirected phone calls, which ultimately led to Customer Service and Dispatch Manager, Jessica, getting involved.
Looking back, I am incredibly grateful that happened.
Shortly afterward, our unit developed a leak and lost all of its coolant on a 105-degree day. Jessica responded immediately on a Sunday morning and arranged for a technician to come out that very same day.
Then, just one week later, our unit went down again due to an unrelated motor failure. I reached out to Jessica at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, and once again, she responded right away and had a technician at our home the following morning.
To whoever is fortunate enough to be Jessica's direct supervisor: do whatever you need to do to keep this woman happy. She single-handedly turned our experience around and transformed me into an enthusiastic advocate for your company.
I'll quickly forget the small mistakes that happened, but I will always remember the way Jessica went above and beyond to make things right. Outstanding customer service like hers is rare, and George Brazil is lucky to have her.
Also want to give a shout out to all the skilled technicians that came out in the heat of the day and worked tirelessly to get us back up and running. They were all professional, friendly and dedicated. David, Yeyson, and Brad. Thank you guys.
