    Paid 1400 9 months ago to fix a capacitor and add a start up switch to alleviate issues on the new capacitor. Fast forward to now (9 months later) the capacitor this company went out again and the tech said the company would be voiding warranties from here on out. Tried to call after tech left to speak with a manager and was given the run around and never got to speak to one. Techs are okay, but terrible business practice and when issues arise they are quick to dismiss all since they already have your money. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Was very happy with the service they provided, easy to schedule and on time when they said we would meet up. Brian Polkus was great to work with, he was able to make some difficult repairs quickly and help save our A/C from having problems during the summer. Getting it checked was the right thing to do and providing me the opportunity to use their bundle service option help save me money and future checks. Would recommend and will use again.

    Kelley O. Was pleasant and completed his job successfully. (This review was done the day of the service with Kelley standing next to me.) However, there were 2 things I wasn’t completely comfortable with. First, Kelley asked me to leave him a review with him standing next to me. He even asked for a five star review which I felt was inappropriate. Second, I’d asked him if he videotaped his check of my heat pump which many technicians do and which I always appreciate. I like to know what the readings are because I keep a record of when they’re within acceptable range. When I asked him about the video, he showed me a video and said, “So, here’s your heat pump.” There was not a meter attached to the pump that showed the readings and, honestly, he showed me the video so fast it could have been any heat pump. When I explained that I like to see the readings from the meter attached to the heat pump, he said, “Well, I have them attached to your work order and will send them to my office.” I plan on contacting the office Monday to request the videos. (This part of my review was added the day after Kelley serviced my AC because I wanted to add the 2 things I wasn’t comfortable with without Kelley standing over me.) I called Monday morning and was emailed 5 photos - no videos - supposedly from my unit. However, upon careful inspection of the photos, I realized none of them were from my unit. In 2 of the photos, you can see a dark peach paint. There is no peach paint anywhere in or outside of my unit. Also in the photos there is a piece of equipment called a “Safe-T-Switch” which I do not have on my unit. So, I am under the impression that none of the photos are actually from my unit leaving me to wonder if Kelley O. even checked my heat pump.

    We had Jeremy as our technician with George Brazil. I have to say I am disappointed with the service. We were having issues cooling our house down and so called this company. He took maybe 20mins to look at our unit and proceeded to tell us it would be thousands to fix or we could look into a new unit. Upon asking for a second opinion by ChaseRoberts, we were able to fix our unit for under $300. Jeremy was asked if he did any testing and denied to have done any other than just look at the unit, check the voltage, and take a few pictures. It is unfortunate that the company is based on commission because this is probably the main reason for the lack of true diagnostic measures.

    Contacted them on a Sunday Mother's Day of all day. It was starting to get a little bit warm and it came out very quickly. Philip was absolutely great and Patience with me, I have a tendency to get frustrated anyways quickly found the problem and another problem didn't have the part would have to go across town to get it, however. Another check was on the way to a job and just so happened to have the park. So needless to say, before 11 o'clock, this was done real quickly had cold air and all this good. I'd also like to say, thank you very much, Ruben toward getting us that other part over. Here.\nI have no problems With George Brazil, I can tell you, sometimes the prices seem a little high. However, the way they warrant their work and stand by their word. I can't complain at all. You just gotta pay for that sometimes. And they're worth it. I'd like to thank him very much.
