  I called Donley to replace my toilet with a new one I had bought. I hadn’t used them before. Bryce was the plumber, and he got to work right away, explaining clearly what he would do, what options there were, etc. He completed the work very capably and in good time. He was affable and pleasant to interact with. He was especially meticulous in cleanup at the end. I would definitely use Donley Plumbing again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional, Honest, and Professional Service! I cannot say enough good things about Donley AC & Plumbing, especially my technician, AJ (Addison). On a blistering 112°F Phoenix afternoon, AJ came out and gave my 6-year-old package system a incredibly thorough, professional tune-up. As an added boost to my system I purchased a new capacitor for 402.00 which AJ installed without added charges! Unlike other high-pressure sales companies in the valley that try to scare you into unnecessary $15,000 replacements, Donley focuses on real integrity and honest work. AJ flushed the lines, cleaned the coils, and pinpointed a weak capacitor that was causing an 8-minute cooling lag. He replaced it quickly and reasonably, and my air was blowing ice-cold immediately. He also gave me a highly competitive, straightforward $400 quote to remove and cap an unneeded piece of exterior ductwork without trying to tear up my roof or upsell me. If you want a company with true professional honor that treats you right and charges fairly, call Donley. They have earned a customer for life!

  Jason was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He assured us our aging unit was functioning well and recommended replacing the nearing-end capacitor. The capacitor is inexpensive, but labor was costly-needed to be professionally done. Our unit is on a two-story building, and the intense Arizona heat makes it worth the trouble and money. Thanks, Jason, for servicing our AC.

  As part of our quarterly maintenance plan, we had our AC unit serviced and cleaned for the start of the summer months. Jonathan was our service technician. As many people have experienced that window of when to expect a service call for that job. Jonathon communicated with us on his way, and was punctual. His quality of work was demonstrable! He has a very intentional way to check on the issue points and spent the time to correct and clean what needed to be addressed. Jonathon is definitely an asset to your team and another reason why we have stayed with Donley for 23 years.
